Job OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 7 Ward Manager on Mesen Fach, who is keen to maximize their management and clinical skills in a complex environment. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. Main duties of the jobApplications are invited from persons with a Nursing Degree or RMN with relevant experience andregistered with NMCto join a progressive team providing high-quality service. The post involves working in Learning Disabilities inpatient services at Bryn Y Neuadd. The successful applicants will support the Matron in delivering quality care for individuals with complex health needs. As a key team member, you should possess excellent management, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal), and be able to lead and motivate others. Flexibility to work within a team is also essential.
