The role involves providing face-to-face short-term counseling, managing online referrals, and collaborating with our Case Management team.Key Responsibilities:Manage online referrals promptlyProvide short-term counseling (3-8 sessions) to clientsOffer timely feedback and case notesReport risk events to the Case Management TeamQualifications and Requirements:Accredited practitioner with BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS, NCS, BABCP or equivalentIf not accredited: Diploma qualification, registered with a professional body, 3+ years post-qualification experience, and 450+ counseling hoursExperience with short-term counseling in an EAP settingProfessional indemnity insurance of at least £1,000,000Registered with the ICO as a Data ControllerAccess to a private, suitable consulting roomIT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, email, and online systemsUnderstanding organizational dynamics and workplace issuesAbility to collaborate effectively with the Case Management teamAbout us We are a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team dedicated to innovation and positive impact.
