We’re supporting a fast growing business in the professional services sector who is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Advisor, working on a hybrid basis from their offices in Oxfordshire.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, stakeholder partnership, and end-to-end hiring across a wide range of roles.You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, hiring across multiple business areas.Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll shape hiring strategies, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and play a key role in building strong talent pipelines.Occasional travel to the firms offices in England will be required.Responsibilities include:Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate rolesPartner with stakeholders to define hiring needs and strategiesSource, screen, and interview candidatesDeliver a seamless, inclusive candidate experienceSupport offer management, onboarding, and compliance checksImprove recruitment processes and optimise the ATSBuild talent pipelines and provide market insightsAbout You:Proven in-house recruitment experience ideally within professional servicesConfident interviewing skillsStrong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, talent mapping)Comfortable using ATS systems (HiBob desirable) Technical mindset to provide regular reporting and dashboards to managementHighly organised and proactiveFull UK driving licence (for office travel)You can expect:A Competitive salary + benefitsFlexible and hybrid workingSupportive and collaborative team cultureReal opportunity to make an impact in a growing businessIf you’re looking for a role where you can own recruitment, influence hiring decisions, and work closely with the business, this could be a great next step.
