Key Responsibilities:Serve as a strategic partner to internal teams, offering expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters.Work closely with leadership to understand business needs and deliver customized HR solutions.Drive the execution of HR initiatives and projects that align with organizational goals.Support talent strategies across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, retention, and succession planning.Advise on employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and internal policies.Contribute to the creation and rollout of learning and development initiatives.Facilitate performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting reviews, and supporting employee growth.Assist in the design and implementation of recognition and reward programs.Use HR data and analytics to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.Experience and Skills Required:Demonstrated experience in a generalist or business partner HR role, ideally within a dynamic, client-focused environment.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.Hands-on experience in talent development, employee relations, and performance management.Familiarity with reward frameworks and the ability to contribute to compensation-related initiatives.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Salary up to £70,000 Hybrid working: 3 days in the office
