This is a high-impact role, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure the business attracts and secures top talent in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.What You’ll DoManage the full recruitment process from briefing to offer across assigned business areasWrite engaging job adverts and manage postings across LinkedIn and job boardsBuild and maintain talent pipelines, especially for high-volume or hard-to-fill rolesPartner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, processes, and timelinesPromote internal mobility and the employee referral programmeTrack and report recruitment data via ATS and internal trackersStay updated on market trends and ensure offers are competitive and equitableWhat You’ll BringExperience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within life sciences, biotech, or regulated industriesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsFamiliarity with recruitment compliance and right-to-work legislationExcellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple vacanciesSpeak French & English at a fluent/native levelProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointUniversity degree (HR, Business, or equivalent experience preferred); CIPD or REC qualification a plusWhy Join?
