Location- Oxford Role- Temporary 1 week assignment beginning 8th September Hours - 8.30am - 5pmPosition OverviewWe are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact in the office. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure all clients and visitors receive a welcoming experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous mannerAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsManage front desk area, keeping it clean, organised, and presentableHandle inquiries in person, by phone, and via emailSchedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookingsReceive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveriesMaintain office supplies and order replacements as neededProvide basic administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparationAssist other departments with clerical tasks as requiredUphold confidentiality and company policies at all timesQualificationsProven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar roleProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesCustomer service orientated
