We are afamily-run estate agency established for over 36 years, opening anexciting new office in Cumnor Oxfordshireand are looking for a motivated and organised Sales & Lettings Consultantto join our team. This is a varied role combining property sales, lettings, marketing, and office administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting properties, negotiating deals, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.Key ResponsibilitiesHandling residential sales and lettings enquiries from buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendorsRegistering applicants and matching them to suitable propertiesArranging and conducting property viewingsNegotiating offers between buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendorsUploading and managing property listings on portals such as Rightmove and OnTheMarketPreparing property details, marketing materials, and online advertisementsProviding general office administration support using Street and Jupix softwareMaintaining accurate records within the property CRM systemAssisting with the sales and lettings process from instruction through to completion or tenancy move-inDelivering a high level of customer serviceRequirementsAt least 2 Years previous experience in estate agency sales or lettings preferredStrong communication and negotiation skillsGood organisational and administrative abilitiesExperience using property portals such as Rightmove and OnTheMarket xjdpvnf Confident with IT systems and property softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull UK driving licence requiredWhat We Offer30,000 35,000 basic salaryCommission structure possible after successful completion of probation periodCompany car providedOpportunity to grow within a professional and expanding property businessSupportive team environmentHow to ApplyFind out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Please send your CV
