Job Description Chief Technical Officer, M40 corridor, UK PermanentOur client, a European high-end manufacturer of Exterior components for the British and Italian supercar industries, is looking for an experienced Chief Technical / Technology Officer to join their expanding company.The role will cover, but not be limited to, overseeing the establishment of a new manufacturing and R&D facility and the ongoing supply of components to supercar manufacturers and Tier 2 suppliers in the UK and across Europe. The new R&D site, happening in 2026, will be located along the M40 corridor, between Birmingham and London, and will duplicate their existing design, engineering, R&D and manufacturing facility based within mainland Southern Europe.It is expected that applicants will have:Substantial experience in the field of niche vehicle exterior components and modular assemblies, especially in vehicle vision systems (mirrors, cameras, internal components, lightweight materials etc), Be able to operate regularly at C-Suite executive level onsite at automotive OEMs and T2 supplier facilities.Have a proven track record of global success in this, or a very similar, field.Experience to take full ownership of their technology strategy and execution in driving the company forward.Experience of dealing with both existing and new customers and, when appropriate, supporting colleagues within those customersFlexibility to travel as required to support both the UK and European facilities as required.Please only apply for this role if you fulfill the criteria above - the is a UK based role, there is no visa assistance available therefore only proven pre-authorised applicants will be consideredPackage availablePackage upto 110K/yr dependent on experience Competitive Bonus to be negotiatedPremium D segment company car (Audi A3/A4, BMW 3 series etc) + phone + laptopBased M40 corridor (between Birmingham and West)JBRP1_UKTJ
