This is an exciting opportunity that offers a clear pathway to partnership, as you’ll gradually take over a high-value client base from a retiring partner.The Role:You will handle a varied caseload of high-quality commercial property matters, including:Commercial leases (granting, taking, renewals, assignments, complex lease structures)Licences to occupy and underletFreehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposalsLandlord and tenant mattersMuch of the lease work is complex and high-value, serving a robust client base primarily in the fast food and fitness (gym operators) sectors.
