Job Description

HR Advisor required for successful well established company working as part of a friendly team. Role offers excellent benefits package. Thee HR Advisor will provide professional HR advice and support across multiple departments, ensuring best practice, consistency, and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle. You will work alongside another HR Advisor to deliver a consistent approach to HR management. Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. Support recruitment activities end to end, including interviews and documentation. Manage onboarding, probation reviews and offboarding processes. Advise on employee relations matters and HR casework. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support performance management, change initiatives and training compliance. Review and maintain HR policies, procedures and document templates. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach. CIPD qualification Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Proven experience in administrative support, including efficient management of documentation, coordination of processes, and ensuring accuracy in record-keeping. 2 years + experience working within a HR environment Experience with HR Information Systems Proven experience in assisting with HR-related projects TPBN1_UKTJ
