Youll work across:OperationsFinanceSalesMarketingCustomer ServiceThis role requires someone who is confident enough to challenge senior stakeholders, structured enough to document properly, and pragmatic enough to make improvements stick.You will take ownership of the following core areas:Process & GovernanceMapping, documenting and standardising core business processes across departments, identifying inefficiencies and driving measurable operational improvements.Compliance & ISO 9001Supporting the companys journey toward ISO accreditation by implementing structured audit frameworks, aligning documentation and preparing for external audits.Risk & Operational OversightMaintaining the company risk register, overseeing Head Office compliance, and ensuring health 'safety and governance standards are consistently upheld.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementEstablishing KPIs, analysing performance trends, and driving cross-departmental accountability and structured improvement.The package40,000 50,000 (DOE)22 days annual leave + bank holidays2:30pm finish every FridayCompany pensionWPA healthcare cash planDiscretionary profit share bonusSalary sacrifice car schemeRelaxed, family-owned working environmentTo be successful, you willHave experience in compliance, governance, auditing or process improvementBe confident writing SOPs and managing document controlBe comfortable pushing back when requiredHave strong attention to detailBe analytical and commercially awareIdeally, have experience supporting or leading ISO accreditationBe calm, methodical, and quietly authoritative.Why This Role Is ExcitingThis isnt just a compliance admin position.
