Job Description Project Coordinator Event Planning Banbury, Oxfordshire | 26,000 28,000 | Full-time, Permanent Hybrid: 3 days in-office (Tuesday & Thursday required) | Office-based during probationAre you passionate about events and excited by the idea of working across product launches, brand activations, and luxury experiences for leading automotive clients?Were recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a high-performing agency working with some of the most iconic automotive brands in the world from mass market to luxury. The projects range from immersive driving experiences and media events to large-scale training programmes, and every day brings something new. What youll be doingAs part of the Event Planning team, youll support project managers across a variety of UK and international events. Your role will include:Coordinating logistics and pre-event planningResearching venues and suppliersManaging guest lists and event communicationsWorking closely with internal teams and freelancersSupporting onsite delivery and operationsMaintaining timelines, rooming lists, transport schedules and more Were looking for someone whoIs highly organised with a meticulous eye for detailCommunicates clearly and confidentlyThrives under pressure and adapts quicklyIs happy to travel and spend short periods away from homeHas a good grasp of Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPointBrings a positive, collaborative attitude to the team Location & Working PatternThis is a hybrid role based out of Banbury, Oxfordshire. Youll need to be in the office three days per week, including Tuesdays and Thursdays. During your probation period, the role is full-time in the office to support onboarding and development. Salary: 26,000 28,000 depending on experience
