This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the people strategy within a fast-paced and evolving environment.The RoleAs HR Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in championing the people agenda across the site. You will:Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and senior leadersCoach and support leadership teams, providing challenge and guidance where neededHandle day-to-day HR issues with professionalism and efficiencyAdvise on all aspects of performance, employee relations, and talent managementSupport and drive business-wide change initiativesThe Ideal CandidateWe're looking for a commercially astute HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
