Be able to give 1-1 support for children. Support children's development and follow their personal learning plans. Promote the children's emotional, physical and social development. To help support children with additional needs in our daycare and after-school departments. Liaise with outside agencies when necessary. Skills and QualificationsPrevious experience working with children. Level 2 or higher in childcare, learning and development. Knowledge and experience working with children with Autism and global learning delay. Knowledge and experience working with children with physical delays.
