You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing propulsion activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.?? What You'll Be DoingCoordinating all propulsion bay activities, including engines and propellersEnsuring availability, serviceability, and compliance of propulsion assetsDiagnosing defects, managing component changes, and overseeing test proceduresMaintaining accurate digital records and reporting to stakeholdersSupporting technicians and leading from the front in high-pressure situationsEngaging in planning briefs, performance reviews, and drumbeat meetings??
