Experienced Solderer's & Mechanical Assembler's - 20 Week Project 18 per hour, rising to 19 per hour upon completion of performance targets Shifts: Monday-Thursday Hours: 36 hours per week (9 hours per day, including 30 minutes unpaid break) Working hours: 07:00-16:30 Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Solderer's and Mechanical Assembler's to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and experience working within electronics or precision assembly environments. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out through-hole and surface mount soldering to a high standard Mechanical assembly of electronic components and sub-assemblies Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and assembly instructions Using hand tools and small assembly equipment Inspecting work to ensure quality standards are met Working as part of a team to meet production targets Requirements: Previous experience in electronic soldering and mechanical assembly Experience with through-hole and surface mount soldering Good attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow technical drawings and work instructions Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Screening and vetting requirements: BPSS clearance Dexterity testing Colour-blindness screening UK nationals only If you have the skills and experience required and are looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
