Conveyancing Solicitor

CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR REQUIRED FOR BUSY GENERAL PRACTICE Position: Mainly residential property – proven expertise in all aspects of Home Charter conveyancing essential, including apartments and new-builds. Experience with agricultural property and building site transactions is desirable. The position is full time – 35 hours per week. The successful candidate would not be expected to routinely work after-hours or at weekends. The successful candidate would be expected to work mainly out of the Downpatrick headquarters with options to work part-time out of the Carryduff or Ballynahinch Branch Offices, or from home, subject to negotiation. The successful candidate would be joining the thriving property department ofa long-established, vibrant and progressive general practice with a proven record of staff retention as a result of a friendly, supportive and collegiate working environment. Salary negotiable and commensurate with experience. Preferably at least two years PQE. References are optional for application but may be required for the successful candidate. Proven communication and interpersonal skills in a client-facing role. Self-motivated and target driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative Property Law team.
