Production Operatives - Immediate start.We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a growing team based in Ballymena, Co. Antrim.In this role, you will help manufacture precast concrete products used in construction projects across the UK and Ireland. You will be working as part of a team on a production line, following daily plans and ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.This role is a temp to perm position after 12 weeks.What You'll Be DoingYour day-to-day tasks will include:Preparing moulds ready for productionPouring and handling concreteProducing items in line with daily targetsFollowing clear instructions from your Team LeaderKeeping your work area clean and safeCompleting basic paperwork such as timesheetsWorking closely with your team to get the job done efficientlyFollowing all health and safety rules at all timesYou may also be asked to work in different areas of the production department depending on business needs.What the Client is Looking ForReliable and hardworking - someone who turns up on time and gets stuck inHands-on - comfortable with physical work in a production or factory environmentTeam-focused - able to work well with others and communicate clearlyFlexible - willing to work different shifts or move between tasks when neededSafety-conscious - understands the importance of working safelyRequirements (Essential Criteria)Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or a similar hands-on role.Basic understanding of health & safety in the workplace.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Willingness to clean and maintain your work area.Flexibility with working hours.Ability to understand written and spoken English.Working hours: Monday-Friday(40 hours), 5:00am-14:00pm or 6:00am-15:00pm.Pay Rate: £13.00p/h(Weekly Paid) - Increasing to £13.50p/h after 12 weeks.Brook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.JBRP1_UKTJ
