Job description BabyBallers Northern Ireland is a new academy offering football and child development sporting activities for girls and boys aged 16 months all the way through to 5 years old.We believe in learning through play and think our courses can help children get ready for their future lives at school and beyond. BabyBallers Northern Ireland is growing throughout the country and we plan to open further clubs over the next few years.We require a self-driven, enthusiastic and confident Head Coach to help establish and grow our classes in the area.Not only will you be responsible for setting up and delivering the sessions alongside an assistant coach to a group of up to 20 children, you will also be required to maintain a fantastic customer relationship within the class through building a rapport with the parents.We are looking for someone who can combine their love of football/sport with a passion for working with and supporting young children to learn. A BabyBallers coach must be approachable, friendly, fun, confident, loud, organised, conscientious and creative! All this whilst conduction yourself in a professional manner.
