Carry out all tasks to ensure the efficient and effective running of the despatch area. Complete despatch paperwork accurately. Load and unload vehicles as required. Check and verify all relevant paperwork. Ensure orders are picked and loaded efficiently and accurately. Work as part of a team to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and service. Promote continuous improvement in workplace organisation. Support environmental initiatives such as energy reduction, waste reduction, and recycling.What We're Looking For: Essential: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use own initiative and remain consistently focused. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work individually when required. Ability to speak, read, and write English.Desirable: Previous experience in a Despatch Operation.
