Senior Project Manager – EventsLocation: Rural Location, just outside of Baldock (Hybrid flexibility, minimum 3 – 4 days a week in the office)Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)Benefits: Regular team events, monthly team lunches, collaborative culture, international travel opportunitiesHours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (occasional evening and weekend work required)About the RoleMy client is an award-winning, independent events agency based just outside Baldock. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team and help deliver unforgettable experiences for clients across the UK, Europe, and beyond.This role will focus on managing a portfolio of European clients, delivering bespoke events tailored to their needs. You will take client briefs, develop creative event concepts, and lead the planning and execution of events across various European destinations. Some travel may require occasionally being away for up to a week at a time.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for UK and international eventsTake detailed client briefs and develop bespoke event ideasManage multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyBuild strong relationships with European clients and stakeholdersOversee budgets, timelines, and project documentationCollaborate with internal teams (creative, registration, logistics)Source and manage suppliers and venues across EuropeDeliver events on-site, ensuring exceptional client experiencesTravel for client meetings and event delivery (UK & Europe)What We’re Looking For5+ years of event management experience (agency and/or international preferred)Experience managing European clients and overseas event deliveryStrong budget management and financial acumenExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Highly organised with meticulous attention to detailProactive, adaptable, and calm under pressureA team player who brings energy and creativity to every projectFull UK driving licence and own transport (due to location)Why Join?Be part of a close-knit, supportive team that values creativity and collaborationEnjoy regular team socials, monthly lunches, and a vibrant office cultureWork on exciting projects with global reachGrow your career in a company that invests in your development
