Job Description Account Manager - On SiteSalary up to 32kAnna Maher Recruitment is working with a well-established UK engineering manufacturer based in the beautiful Peak District to recruit a Technical Account Manager (Sales Support) to join their team.The RoleThis role provides essential support to the Territory Managers and wider sales team, helping manage distributor relationships, prepare quotations, and ensure sales opportunities are tracked and progressed efficiently.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and issuing sales quotations for distributors and customersManaging quotation revisions and maintaining an accurate enquiry logFollowing up on quotations and providing updates to Territory ManagersActing as a day-to-day point of contact for distributors on sales support mattersProactively chasing project updates and feedback on active opportunitiesSupporting distributor review calls and maintaining accurate CRM recordsTracking sales opportunities and highlighting stalled or at-risk enquiriesLiaising with internal departments including Sales, Projects, Manufacturing and FinanceSupporting the smooth transition of opportunities through to order processingAbout You:Were looking for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a technical or engineering-led environment.Youll ideally have:Experience in sales support, account management, or B2B customer serviceStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiriesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfidence using CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeA proactive and methodical approach to follow-upDesirable:Exposure to industrial, technical, or engineered productsExperience preparing quotations or supporting project-based salesExperience working with distributors, ideally including international partnersKnowledge of ERP or CRM systems such as SAPWhats on Offer:Salary up to 32,000Opportunity to join a well-established engineering business with global customersSupportive and collaborative team environmentOffice-based role, located in the stunning Peak District
