Day-to-day, youll: Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients Create tailored insurance programmes that truly meet client needs Negotiate with insurers to get the best terms and coverage Spot opportunities to grow your portfolio and bring in new business Work closely with colleagues to support wider company goals What were looking for At least 2 years experience in a similar insurance role Strong relationship-building and communication skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach The drive to meet and exceed performance targets Experience winning and retaining clients Solid knowledge of the insurance market and confident negotiation skills If youre passionate about delivering exceptional service and want to work somewhere you can make a real impact, wed love to hear from you.
