SENIOR TEKLA STRUCTURES DETAILER/DRAUGHTSPERSON(STRUCTURAL STEELWORK & ARCHITECTURAL METALWORK) ***UK BASED APPLICANTS ONLY *** OFFICE BASED POSITION******NO AGENCIES***Frequency Design Ltd have been specialising in Structural Steelwork and Architectural Metalwork detailing for the Construction Industry for the last 18 years. Due to increasing contracts, we are recruiting for an experienced Tekla Detailer to join the expanding business. The company undertakes small to medium sized contracts within the UK. Its range of projects is diverse and includes development contracts for school, colleges, hospitals etc., as well as commercial and residential. There is now an exciting opportunity to join this friendly business for a hardworking and proactive individual.Experience/QualificationsTekla Structural Experience (5 year MINIMUM active use). Or similar experience with Constructional Engineering packages.Educated to a minimum GCSE 'B' Grade in Math’s, English and a Science/technical subjectCompetencies/DutiesUnderstanding of steel fabrication & installationAble to work under pressure to meet required timescalesAbility to read and interpret Structural Engineer & Architect drawingsAbility to work efficiently and independently using their own initiativeGood communication skills and being able to liaise with subcontractorsWillingness to learn, to improve and develop your own skills.Build and maintain good relations with all clients and suppliers and their project team personnel to promote the company values.
