Soldering Operative Gas Torch Location: Aylesford Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 16:00 Pay Rate: 12.40 per hour We are currently looking for a Soldering Operative to join our client in Aylesford. This role involves gas torch soldering of small metal trays in a hands-on production environment. The Role Gas torch soldering of small metal components and trays Working to quality and safety standards Handling small, detailed parts with care and precision Following set processes and instructions What We're Looking For Previous soldering experience desirable (gas torch preferred but not essential) Candidates with a similar hands-on or manufacturing background encouraged to apply Good attention to detail and manual dexterity Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team What We Offer 12.40 per hour Full training provided Stable, daytime hours no weekends Supportive working environment Opportunity to develop practical skills in soldering and metalwork If you're practical, keen to learn, and looking for a steady Monday-to-Friday role, we'd love to hear from you.
