Key responsibilities include:Leading all aspects of commissioning, from recruitment and training of the team to establishing robust operational policies and procedures.Driving occupancy and ensuring the home is market-ready, reflecting its premium positioning within the area.Upholding compliance with CQC regulations and delivering outstanding levels of care and hospitality.Building strong relationships with stakeholders, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and prospective residents and their families.Developing a person-centred culture that promotes dignity, independence, and the highest quality of life for residents.The PersonThe successful candidate will:Be an experienced Registered Manager with proven commissioning experience within the elderly care sector.Demonstrate a strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive occupancy in a competitive market.Be passionate about delivering exceptional care alongside an outstanding hospitality experience.Possess excellent leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and develop a new team.The OfferSalary 90k-100k, dependent on experience.Opportunity to join an award-winning provider known for its luxurious homes and investment in quality care.Full support from an established senior management and commissioning team.Excellent benefits package and bonus potential linked to performance and occupancy targets.
