With a full-cycle sales model, our team plays a key role from initial contact right through to delivery and ongoing customer care.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and confident Internal Sales (Full Sales Cycle) person to join our growing business. In this role, youll take ownership of the entire sales journey: identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through to delivery.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for your client baseRespond to inbound enquiries and nurture long-term relationshipsGenerate new business through outbound calling and email campaignsManage the entire sales process from quote to order and deliveryLiaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and lead timesWork closely with internal teams to coordinate order fulfilmentBuild and maintain product knowledge to support customer queriesKeep CRM and sales reports up-to-date and accurateBenefitsWe believe in recognising and rewarding the hard work of our team. Heres what we offer:Competitive base salary of 30,00035,000 + uncapped commissionCommission starts once 15K/month in new business is reachedEarn 5% on NET new business (e.g. 100 order = 5 commission)Maximum first-year commission potential: 10,000Biannual commission review opportunities for progressionFull control of your own sales pipelineDevelopment and learning opportunitiesInclusive, supportive team cultureReal influence in a growing businessCommission:Your sales target before you earn any commission is 15K per month of new business. (New business is defined as, business who have no trading history with Coldene or have not actively traded in 12 months) (excluding website sales)Commission structure: Once monthly target is achieved your will earn 5% of the NET order value (before VAT) example 100 order = 5 bonus Maximum commission payout as new starter in internal sales person is 10,000 (Opportunity to REVIEW)Every 6 months, you have the opportunity to request a commission review meeting, which allows you to prove why you should be moved up to the next commission tier of 15.000, etcThe Ideal CandidateThis is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a small company environment, enjoys variety, and is eager to make a meaningful impact.
