Job Title: Assembly Technician Location: Dinton Employment Type: Permanent | 37 hours/week Working Hours: MonThu: 8am4:30pm | Fri: 8am1pm Are you an experienced and detail-oriented technician with a background in manual assembly and soldering? Were seeking a proactive Assembly Technician to join a well-established electronics manufacturing team near Dinton. This role offers the opportunity to take on supervisory responsibilities and support junior team members, contributing to a high-performing production environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform hand-soldering of wires to PCBs with precision and care. Assemble mechanical kits using hand tools and small robotic equipment. Package and dispatch finished products efficiently. Apply adhesives and assemble components with accuracy. Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold high quality standards. Provide guidance and informal supervision to junior technicians. Assist in coordinating workflow and ensuring production targets are met. What Were Looking For Experience in manual assembly, including handling PCBs and using hand tools. Ability to interpret detailed instructions and technical diagrams. Comfortable working on your feet and handling heavier components. Soldering experience preferred (training available). Safety boots required. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
