Reporting directly to the Headof Manufacturing, this role leads the shift management team, ensuring consistent application ofoperational standards, high levels of quality and compliance, and delivery against key businessmetrics. The Production Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader, fostering a culture of excellence,accountability, and collaboration. Responsibilities: Lead and develop Shift Managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with business goalsand operational strategy. Translate production plans into actionable targets, ensuring all resources are aligned to meetdemand and KPI objectives.
