Family Law Solicitor Position Overview: Manage your own varied private family law caseload, working with clients from initial instruction through to resolution. Key Responsibilities of the Family Law Solicitor: Handle cases involving divorce, financial disputes, and children matters Advise on separation agreements and nuptial agreements Manage care proceedings and domestic abuse cases Prepare for and represent clients at hearings and court Maintain high standards of risk management and compliance Contribute to the team through collaboration and knowledge sharing Promote the firms values and local reputation Requirements of the Family Law Solicitor: Qualified UK Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQEwith experience in Family law.
