The Recruitment Specialist will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads. This role involves managing candidate pipelines, onboarding new hires, and contributing to training and development strategies. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with recruitment goals is essential.QualificationsProven expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processesStrong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationExperience in Training and developing new team membersAbility to manage recruitment systems and candidate databasesFamiliarity with employment laws and best practicesSelf-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skillsRelevant experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredDevelop region-specific sourcing strategies and talent pipelinesScreen candidates and coordinate structured interview processesManage offers, salary benchmarking, and negotiationsEnsure compliance with local labor laws and GDPRMaintain ATS data and improve recruitment processesTrack and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire)Key Requirements:Experience in global or multi-country recruitmentKnowledge of hiring practices in USA, UK, NL, or GermanyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)Preferred:International recruitment exposureKnowledge of GDPR and compliance requirementsExperience in fast-paced or high-volume hiring environmentsCore Skills:Global mindset and cultural awarenessStrong organization and attention to detailProactive, results-driven approach
