Job Description Were looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team.This role focuses on sourcing, pipeline generation, and process efficiency, supporting business hiring demands while maintaining a positive candidate experience.This is a hands-on role, supporting a small team of talent acquisition partners, ideally suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, managing busy pipelines and building strong relationships.The role will be home based, so we can be flexible on location, with travel 1-2 times per month on average to sites/ offices for meetings.What You'll Be Doing:Sourcing for multiple vacancies across operations within facilities managementScreening applications and speaking with candidates to assess suitabilityCo-ordinating interviews, assessment days and hiring eventsBuilding and maintaining candidate pipelines for roles we recruit for regularly, such as engineers, technicians and cleanersSupporting recruitment campaigns when hiring demand increases across contracts or regionsWorking closely with talent acquisition partners and operational hiring managers to keep recruitment on trackKeeping candidate records up to date in the ATS and producing recruitment reportsActing as a superuser for the ATS and supporting recruitment reportingSupporting offer generation and onboarding co-ordinationIdentifying ways to improve recruitment processes and reduce time to hireRequirements:Experience in high-volume recruitment, either in-house, agency or RPOExperience sourcing within facilities management, engineering, construction or technical services would be an advantageConfidence sourcing for multiple vacancies and building and maintaining large candidate pipelinesStrong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using ATS systems and recruitment reporting toolsA practical, proactive approach with a focus on deliveryBenefits:25 days annual leave plus; Bank Holidays, Birthday Day off, option to purchase an additional 5 days leave every yearPension with matched contributionsLife AssurancePrivate Medical Insurance Single Cover on completion of 12 month service, with the opportunity to pay for additional cover for partner/dependantsFlexible Benefits Scheme including eye care voucher, store discounts for major retailers, salary sacrifice electric car vehicle lease scheme, personal IT equipment loans, impartial financial/savings guidanceAccess to wellbeing programmesEmployee recognition programmes which reward exceptional achievementsThe opportunity to use one working day per year volunteering to help the local communityEmployee Assistance Programme free, confidential 24/7 365 support on all lifestyle mattersWere committed to treating all our job applicants fairly and with respect.
