Represent clients in employment tribunal claims. Draft contracts, handbooks and HR policies. Support business clients with redundancy and restructuring processes. Collaborate with the Litigation team on overlapping matters. Requirements At least 5 years PQE in Employment Law. Strong technical and advocacy skills. Commercial acumen and ability to grow client relationships. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Benefits Salary to 75,000 depending on experience.
