Job Description Service Supervisor (Engineering)35,000 - 40,000 + Life Insurance + 33 Days Holiday + Flexitime + ProgressionAylesburyAre you a Service Supervisor from an engineering background looking to join a forward-thinking and dynamic company, that will value your development and offer direct progression to a Service Manager role within 2 years?In this role you will start as a Service Supervisor, working alongside the highly experienced Service Manager, learning from them and gaining hands-on experience of managing a team of 15-20 engineers, whilst adding to your skill set through internal and external training courses.Within 2-3 years, you will step into the Service Manager position, using your skills and expert knowledge to oversee the service of pump motors, bearings and gearboxes within pump stations and wastewater treatment plants.
