Job DescriptionVinci FacilitiesSite Works ManagerAylesburyWe are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Site Works Manager to join our Defence Division working on site at RAF Halton in AylesburyThe role will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of all of the planned and reactive works for the siteResponsibilitiesManage the CAFM system (Maximo), ensuring all planned/reactive works meet contractual SLAsCoordinate subcontractor activities, including scheduling, inductions, and monitoringAdvise on and arrange remedial works, obtaining client quotes for approvalAssist in monthly client performance reporting and document complianceUpload and manage compliance documentation on Maximo and SharePointCollaborate with Facilities Managers to develop resource plans and drive operational improvementsActively manage suppliers to deliver the best value and ensure service excellenceSupport the Account Manager and Commercial team with financial oversightEssential Qualifications/SkillsAn understanding of facilities management and service deliveryStrong communication and client-facing skillsFamiliarity with CAFM systems would be beneficial (Maximo preferred)Excellent IT skills (Outlook, MS Office, data management)A Technical / Trades background would be advantageous
