Job Description Contracts Manager - Commercial Lead (Construction & Frameworks) Based in Buckinghamshire / South East (with site travel) Full-time | Permanent | 55,000-65,000 + VehicleReady to take the commercial reins on a variety of construction and FM projects? We're Caswell Maintenance - a growing 12m contractor delivering everything from refurbishments to reactive maintenance across the commercial sector. As we expand our long-term client base and framework agreements, we're looking for a commercially savvy Contracts Manager to join our leadership team.What's the role about? You'll be the go-to person for all things contract and commercial. While our Operations Manager keeps boots on the ground moving, you'll ensure projects are contractually tight, financially sound, and running to plan.
