Job Description Job Title: Oncology Homecare NurseLocation: CoveringBuckinghamshireSalary: 26,220 30,590 (depending on hours) + fully expensed company car and fuel cardHours: Part-time, 2428 hours per week over 3 daysAre you an experienced Oncology Nurse looking for a more flexible role that allows you to deliver truly personalised care? I am currently recruiting for an Oncology Homecare Nurse to join a well-established clinical provider delivering specialist care to patients across Surrey.This is an excellent opportunity to move away from a hospital setting and provide one-to-one care in patients homes, helping to improve their overall experience and quality of life.The RoleAs an Oncology Homecare Nurse, you will support patients throughout their treatment journey in the comfort of their own homes, as well as in mobile units or clinics where required.Your responsibilities will include:Administering IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, immunotherapy and supportive treatmentsCarrying out blood draws, toxicity assessments, and cannulationManaging central lines, pump disconnections, and IM/SC injectionsDelivering high-quality, patient-focused care in line with clinical protocolsPlanning and managing your own daily schedule and travel between patientsThis role offers a high level of autonomy, supported by a strong clinical and operational team, enabling you to focus on delivering safe and effective care.Package and BenefitsSalary between 26,220 30,590 (dependent on contracted hours) - Prorata or full time salary 43,700Fully expensed company car and fuel cardAnnual bonus scheme36 days annual leave (pro rata, including bank holidays)Private medical insuranceCompany pension schemeLaptop, mobile phone and personal safety deviceNMC fees paid (after one year of service)Ongoing training and development opportunitiesAccess to employee assistance programme and wellbeing resourcesRefer-a-friend scheme (up to 1,200)About YouTo be considered for this role, you will:Hold a valid NMC PINHave experience in Oncology nursingHold a recognised Oncology qualification, SACT passport, or equivalent trainingBe competent in venepuncture and cannulationHave experience administering Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) across multiple routesBe highly organised and confident managing your own workload and travel schedulePossess strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centred approachHold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel extensively across the Surrey areaIf you are looking for a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a genuine difference in patients lives, I would be keen to speak with you.Meridian Business Support is a recruitment specialist acting on behalf of our client as an Employment Agency for this vacancy.JBRP1_UKTJ
