Early Years Practitioner

KiddyKare is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. The Role Provide high-quality care and early education for children aged 05 in line with the EYFS Act as a Key Person, supporting childrens wellbeing and development Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities based on observations and assessments Maintain accurate learning journals and records Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Safeguarding & Practice Follow safeguarding policies and report concerns to the DSL Maintain correct ratios, hygiene, and health & safety standards Follow procedures for accidents, incidents, and medication Requirements Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification Experience working with children aged 05 Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding A warm, professional, and reliable approach Desirable (not essential) Paediatric First Aid SEND knowledge Experience supporting students or trainees Whats on Offer Competitive salary (DOE) Supportive team and management Ongoing training and career development55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
