Upholsterer (Bespoke & Production) 18.0020.00 per hour 37,44041,600 Site Rate 290 per day (Training rate: 14.00 per hour (29,120 per annum) for up to 3 months while learning the clients methods) Upholsterer Opportunity: Were recruiting experienced upholsterers / bench upholsterers / upholstery technicians for a client producing bespoke, high quality upholstered furniture to a premium standard. You will handle frame prep, foaming and padding, fabric and leather upholstery, pattern cutting, deep-buttoning, fluting, headboards, banquette seating, and optional on-site work Upholsterer role includes: High quality, bespoke furniture and production work Friendly, fun workshop environment with free parking Respected British maker with steady growth and modern methods Paid properly for productivity and finish Upholsterer Responsibilities: Upholster bespoke and production pieces to showroom quality Meet production targets without compromising finish Build prototypes and samples from drawings and briefs Keep your bench and area organised, safe, and efficient Support stock awareness and communicate any shortages Take up optional site or ship projects when available Upholsterer Experience: Proven upholstery experience in domestic and/or commercial settings Skills in pattern making, fabric and leather handling, foaming, stitching, and tacking A craftspersons eye for detail, symmetry, and finishing A positive, can-do attitude and pride in british craftsmanship Upholsterer rewards and progression: High earning potential at 1820 per hour on production plus site and ship rates up to around 290 per day where applicable Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with stable workflows Supportive team culture and free on-site parking Clear progression from training wage to production pay, typically within three months depending on performance (upholsterer, bench upholsterer, upholstery technician, furniture upholsterer, bespoke upholstery, traditional upholstery, modern upholstery, marine upholstery, commercial upholstery, deep buttoning, fluting, pattern cutting, leather upholstery, fabric upholstery, banquette seating, headboards, furniture manufacturing, upholstery jobs UK)55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
