Job Description CNC Recruitment are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join a growing, family-run business operating across three sites in Cullompton, Axminster, and Blandford.This is a varied role involving both workshop-based repairs and on-site customer call-outs across the South West. Flexibility is essential, as the company is moving towards a 24-hour operation and may require evening call-outs where necessary.Technicians will work as part of a team within the workshop and independently when attending customer sites (following initial supported training period). Travel between sites and customer locations will be required using a company van.Location: Cullompton, Axminster & Blandford (travel across the South West required)Hours: 42.5 hours per week (30-minute unpaid break)Shifts: Flexible Weekday, Weekend & Night shifts availablePay Rate: From 14 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)About YouThe ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable, and have a good sense of humour to fit within a family-run business culture.
