Job Description Frazer is the UKs leading specialist supplier of ground preparation, drainage, utilities and flood prevention solutions - for housing, commercial, infrastructure and industrial sectors.We are on the hunt for a Senior Sales Specialist, who is as passionate about great service as we are, to work out of our Avonmouth branch.We provide a fulfilling and enjoyable work environment with ample opportunities for career growth, along with a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance, and 34 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).Hours: 7am- 5pm Monday to FridayLocation: Frazer, Third Way, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 9YS Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding excellent relationships with new and lapsed customers so you can understand and meet their needs.Maximising customer interactions to support the achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products, offering specific product advice.Getting to know our suppliers and continuously looking for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge.Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.Following plans to continuously improve customer experience.Advising customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to customer accounts and credit levels.
