Production Team Lead

We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader – Value Streams to join a high-technology manufacturing environment based in Avonmouth, Bristol. This is a key leadership role where you will take ownership of shift operations across production and test processes, driving performance through strong people leadership and continuous improvement.As a Value Stream Production Team Leader, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians while working closely with fellow shift leaders and reporting into the Value Stream Manager.
