He is recruiting for a number of Personal Development Workers (support workers) to join his team. Neal uses British Sign Language to communicate so an ability to communicate using BSL would be an advantage but a willingness to learn is essential (training will be given). Neal enjoys an active life: swimming, horse riding, walking, trampolining, and occasional running. He loves to be outdoors enjoying nature. He also enjoys spending time with animals.
