Job DescriptionJoin Our Team as a Skilled Operative - Runner at Attleborough Factory in Norfolk!Why You'll Love Working With Us:Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate , with the potential to earn over 500 per week!Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (06:00-18:00), giving you more time for yourself.Your Role:Prepare and batch sauce ingredients for our award-winning meals, ensuring compliance with Critical Control Points (CCP's) and Food Safety procedures. No worries if you're new-we provide full training!Key Responsibilities:Spot, fix, and report production issues that impact performance, quality, or safety.Conduct visual inspections for damage, defects, or foreign materials, verifying batch numbers and shelf-life.Set up equipment and areas for production, ensuring safety controls, hygiene standards, and proper tools are in place.Perform quality inspections and take product samples as per specifications.What We Look For:Strong written, numerical, and verbal skills, with fluency in English.Ability to perform standard work at full line speed.Ownership and initiative in your role, with a can-do attitude.Adaptability to change and a proactive approach to achieving goals.Food manufacturing experience is a plus!Perks and Benefits:On-site staff canteen and free parking.All training and PPE provided.Wellbeing champions on site to support you.Ready to join a dynamic team and make a difference?
