Service Manager Full-Time - 40 Hours Per Week Salary: 30,000 per annum Location: Great Ellingham, Norfolk A exciting leadership opportunity is available at a residential care service set within the Norfolk countryside. The service supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, offering tailored one-to-one support in a vibrant and inclusive environment. Residents enjoy a wide range of activities including gardening, outdoor recreation, and social engagement in purpose-built communal areas. About the Role The Service Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing and safety of residents and in leading a team of support staff. This position requires a proactive and compassionate leader who can inspire and guide others while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
