Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver front-line customer service and support Collaborate with project delivery, support, and product teamsWork on client implementations including system configurations, workshops, testing, data migration as well as go-live supportConfigure software to meet approved designs and client requirementsIdentify project risks and guide clients on best practicesLead on documentation creation to support best practice Skills & ExperienceAccounting qualification will be highly beneficial, AAT, ACA, ACCA or CIMAExcellent system skills including ExcelExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong time management, prioritisation, and organisational skillsThis is a role not to be missed!Occasionally travel across the UK or internationally may be required.
