Working within a supportive and forwardthinking environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring homes are safe, compliant and ready for occupation.Your new role As a Void Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a patch of approximately 1,100 properties across Dorset and Poole. Working within a team of four, you will carry out moveout inspections, complete snagging on works delivered by subcontractors, and ensure all void properties meet the required movein standards.Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you will manage the daytoday coordination of void maintenance works, lead quality checks, and liaise closely with internal teams and service partners. The role is ideal for someone with a handson background who is ready to transition into a leadership position and expand their supervisory skillset.Your duties will include:Managing daily void operations to ensure service targets are metConducting workinprogress checks and final inspectionsCompleting minor works when requiredLeading, motivating and supporting team membersManaging subcontractor performance and ensuring high-quality workmanshipMonitoring KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction levelsConducting site audits and ensuring full health 'safety complianceSupporting supply chain performance improvementsActing as an escalation point for occasional outofhours issuesWhat you'll need to succeed You will bring: Experience in voids, military family housing, or general housing maintenanceStrong communication and organisational skillsA flexible approach and the ability to work across multiple locationsGood IT skills and confidence using digital systemsKnowledge of schedules of rates (SORs)Relevant health 'safety trainingA full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)You'll also demonstrate integrity, a customerfocused mindset, and a caring, collaborative leadership style.What you'll get in return This role offers the opportunity to join a stable organisation delivering a longterm national contract, with significant opportunity for progression and personal development.
