Job Description We are looking for a Multi Skilled Electrician to work for a Highly Reputable housing association in the North EastLocation:Ashingtonand Spennymoor(base location)Contract:Full Time PermanentHours:37 hours per week, Monday to FridaySalary:39,678 per annum (inclusive of April 2026 pay award)Earnings:Up to 43,000+ per annum including standbyClosing Date:Monday 16th March 2026, 5PMThe OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Electrician to join the Property Maintenance and Construction Department of a reputable housing association, working within our Ashington or Spennymoor maintenance teams.As a Multi Skilled Electrician, you will be responsible for undertaking all damp-associated electrical repairs and accompanying multiskilled repairs to both domestic and commercial properties, delivering work to a high-quality standard while providing an excellent customer experience.About the RoleAs a Multi Skilled Electrician, you will:Undertake all damp-associated electrical repairs and related multiskilled worksWork across both domestic and commercial propertiesDeliver work to a high-quality standard, ensuring compliance with relevant regulationsProvide an excellent customer experience at every stageEngage positively with tenants, colleagues and stakeholdersAct as an ambassador for the organisation, promoting and endorsing the positive work delivered across our communitiesContribute positively to change, adapting to new ways of working to enhance customer experienceAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will:Have experience working within domestic and commercial property maintenanceBe comfortable working in a target-driven environmentDemonstrate excellent communication and customer service skillsTake pride in delivering a first-class repairs serviceHave a flexible and proactive approach, responding positively to changePossess sound knowledge of your trade discipline and the wider building construction sector, including components, materials, building trades and applicable regulationsBe able to demonstrate experience of working in a customer-focused environment where the customer comes firstEssential Qualifications & ExperienceNVQ / City & Guilds qualification as an Electrician18th EditionTesting & Inspection qualificationFull UK driving licenceProven experience working in a customer-first environmentThe BenefitsWe offer a competitive benefits package, including:28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays; 36 total for full-time employees)Health Cash Plan membership claim back over 1,000 per year towards dental, optical, physio and more.
