In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The QA Technician will work closely with production, technical, and HACCP teams to monitor, analyse, and improve quality systems across manufacturing, packing, and warehousing operations.As a QA Technician, you will conduct inspections, tests, and audits to maintain compliance with BRCGS Food Safety standards. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining raw material and finished goods specifications, managing non-compliance issues, and supporting investigations into customer complaints. Your role will also include assisting in internal and external audits, traceability exercises, and shelf-life trials, while ensuring all quality records and document control systems remain accurate and up to date.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a quality assurance or technical role within food manufacturing preferredStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data effectivelyKnowledge of HACCP principles and BRCGS Food Safety standardsExcellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsConfident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teamsCompetent in Word and ExcelExperience carrying out internal audits to BRCGS standardsStrong organisational and leadership skills, including conflict resolutionAbility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWhy Should You Apply?
