Salary: 28,680 per annumwith the potential to increase in April 2026 in line with a cost-of-living award. About the People Services Coordinator Role: Reporting to the People Services Manager, youll have the opportunity tocoordinate and monitor key HR projects and initiatives, such as developing a robust workforce planning approach and the implementation of a new HR system. Youll be part of our warm, supportive and dynamic People Team, supporting a range of coordination activities. Youll help coordinate colleague events, including health and wellbeing and diversity and inclusion campaigns to ensure a positive working environment for our people. (Please note that this role does not include supporting managers and colleagues during formal procedures ie disciplinaries, absence management) .
